Our approach is highly personalised. Through 1:1 careers guidance, access to vocational options, and practical workplace experiences, learners begin to explore their interests and develop the skills that matter most, from communication and teamwork to time management and resilience.
Our team works closely with local employers and education providers to create opportunities that match our students’ aspirations and strengths, including:
Inclusion College also supports students to move into longer-term progression opportunities, whether that’s stepping into a local college course or our own Inclusion EB8 Employability Provision, based in Basing view, Basingstoke.
Inclusion EB8 offers a structured employability and personal development programme, based in another site, for 16–25-year-olds with additional needs or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Many of our Inclusion College students choose to transition to Inclusion EB8 to truly begin developing their workplace confidence, build independent skills, look into further education or access work placements and job opportunities with tailored support.
From first steps in the classroom at Inclusion College to a supported transition into adulthood with Inclusion EB8, we are committed to building futures that are ambitious, achievable, and rooted in every young person’s potential.
