The Inclusion way…

A more flexible approach to learning

Exams & Learning

At Inclusion College, we are ambitious for every student, balancing high aspirations with an understanding of each student’s individual journey, pastoral needs, and mental health. We believe that academic success and personal wellbeing go hand in hand, and our qualifications pathway is designed to reflect that.

We offer a broad and progressive range of qualifications that allow students to build confidence, experience success, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Our current offer includes:

  • Entry Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications in Maths and English
  • Functional Skills Level 1 and 2 in both subjects

In addition, we are in phase one of our GCSE preparation programme, working towards JCQ compliance in Term 1 of the 2025 academic year. This will enable us to host a range of GCSE examinations where appropriate, providing opportunities for our young people to be stretched, challenged, and celebrated for their achievements.

Alongside core subjects, we also offer a variety of vocational and personalised learning pathways, including:

  • AQA Unit Awards to recognise individual progress and personal achievements
  • ASDAN Short Courses such as Food and Hygiene
  • Pearson BTEC qualifications in Music and Sound Engineering

Every qualification at Inclusion College is chosen and delivered with care, ensuring that learning remains ambitious yet accessible, and that students feel supported, valued, and confident in their ability to succeed.
