We are aware that young people of this age need to understand more about how to be a good friend or partner.
Students have opportunities to learn about sex and relationships as part of their Personal Development. We are also able to offer a more bespoke lesson in response to a particular need.
The staff at the college are always looking out to promote positive relationship choices and how to maintain friendships.
Many of the students have little experience of mixing with their peers and so have some social anxiety. We offer opportunities for developing friendships through our enrichment curriculum and foster good relationship building.
