Our aim is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where students can grow and develop, helping them to find the tools to gain a greater understanding of own health and well-being.

We understand that good mental health is also affected by good physical health, exercise, diet and sleep.

We work with the students to explore opportunities to increase physical activity.

Opportunities include local walks, football or other team games, table tennis and use of a local gym.

We also now have a beautiful yoga and well being room with a qualified yoga teacher on our staff team.

Students can have regular yoga and breathing lessons to help with their management of anxiety and mental health.
