Work and Employability Skills

Employability skills qualifications are designed to support students in applying for and gaining a job, progressing in a chosen field, preparing for further study and the development of techniques. 

This includes supporting students with work experience opportunites, how to apply for jobs and preparing them for interviews.  We are currently working on collaboration with JCP to offer bespoke 1-1 careers guidance advice sessions. 

We also include teaching on maintaining employment in the future to increase the chances of sustainability of success.  This includes conflict resolution, communication styles, health and safety and workplace procedures.
