Awareness - Plastic Free July
July was plastic free month – a time to cut down on use of single-use plastic and help raise awareness of the impact plastic has on our environment.
Students and staff at the college have been exploring this topic and working on ways that plastic use can be reduced in everyday life as well as looking at the impact has on the environment and marine life.
They also looked at inventive ways plastics could be reused to create something beautiful out of something that can cause so much damage.
