Preparation for adult life

One of the main aims for Inclusion College is to support our students in gaining the skills and sustainable strategies to move on to fulfilling, independent adult life.

We do this in a variety of ways including:

  • Mentoring and support including developing Action Plans towards their futures
  • Annual reviews in consultation with Hampshire County Council
  • Careers Advice and Guidance
  • Support with applications and preparation for interviews
  • Transition support
  • Life skills including food hygiene, food preparation, first aid, household skills, health and nutrition
  • Travel training
  • Signposting and facilitating support from other professionals

If you require any further information on this please get in contact
